Ashley Darby

Ashley Darby is an American television personality and singer. After winning Miss District of Columbia 2011 and becoming known as a household name. Darby has been a part of The Real Housewives of Potomac from the beginning of January 2016. Ashley Darby's passions include philanthropy and hospitality as well as holistic health. Ashley comes from Maryland and is a fiery character, was instilled with the tenacity to succeed. Ashley is the oldest daughter in her family. Growing up, she worked multiple jobs to support her single mother and her siblings. She attended University of Maryland at age 18 and worked as a bartender to support her as well as her family. Ashley's bartending skills were noticed in the Miss District of Columbia Pageant, and she won the crown in 2011. Ashley quickly met Michael Darby a 29-years older Australian millionaire real estate agent. Ashley discovered a world that she had never known existed. Ashley and Michael were married and they became parents in 2019, and 2021. After eight years of being together, they separated officially in 2022. Ashley is a yoga certified instructor who believes the importance of balance to inner peace as well as outer physical fitness. Ashley, despite having the greatest time of her life, is still working to balance love and family business. Ashley's job is a TV personality. Her first job was as a bartender to support her family. When she was a young girl she was a fan of fashion and the entertainment business was apparent. In addition, she put all her determination and participate in a pageant. Similar to 2011, she won the title of Miss District of Columbia and was awarded the title. In the following year, she was a part of Miss America, but she was not crowned Miss America. However she was able to be awarded an award. She was awarded $5000 of scholarship money and was also awarded with the John Curran Award of Non-Finalist Interview.
